Compensation:

$28 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership

Train, coach, and mentor crew members to develop skills and promote growth

Lead and supervise a tree care crew performing pruning, preservation, and removal work

Ensure work quality meets company standards and arboricultural best practices

Conduct daily job briefings and enforce safety protocols and best practices

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional tree care experience, including crew leadership

Demonstrated leadership experience in a field-based environment

ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if needed

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
