Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring General Labor workers to support our food processing operations. This is an entry-level position with full-time hours on either day or night shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining food safety and quality standards. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome, but English is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual labor tasks such as packing, sorting, stacking, and moving food products

Operate basic food processing equipment as trained

Maintain cleanliness and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies

Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisors

Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

No prior experience required – training provided

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work in varying temperatures

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Spanish language is acceptable; English preferred for safety and communication

Must be available to work 5 to 6 days a week, including weekends if needed

Willingness to work day or night shift

Work Environment:

Fast-paced food processing/packaging environment

Exposure to hot, cold, or wet conditions depending on area

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
