Maintenance Technician
Quitman, GA
$27–30/hr
2nd Shift (1:30pm–10:00pm) OR 3rd Shift (10:00pm–6:30am)
A growing industrial manufacturing facility in the Quitman, GA area is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment
Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, motors, conveyors, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to reduce downtime
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts Qualifications
Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience required
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and bearings
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment Schedule
2nd Shift: 1:30pm–10:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:30am Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $27–30/hr based on experience
