Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Thorp, WI 54771

Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Shift: Variable (Days/Evenings) – includes a 30-minute unpaid breakCompensation:

Travel Pay: $1,734/week

Local Pay: $1,460/week

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, support nursing teams, and ensure patient comfort and safety.Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Follow infection control protocols and safety standards

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Respond effectively to patient needs and changes in conditionQualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience required

Active Wisconsin LPN License required

BLS Certification required

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and evenings
