Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Retail Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in Westerville, OH, offering a pathway to permanent employment. This role is pivotal to supporting daily pharmacy operations and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the pharmacist in serving patients and maintaining the pharmacy department efficiency

Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide clear communication

Receive and verify prescription validity

Accurately process electronic prescriptions ensuring all details are complete

Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as rejected insurance claims promptly

Select medications and measure dosages according to prescriptions

Sort, stock, label medications, and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio is required

Prior experience in retail pharmacy or a similar setting is preferred

Familiarity with Pioneer Rx pharmacy software system is highly desirable

Schedule:

Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

1st shift hours
