What You’ll Do: Provide compassionate support and daily assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and memory impairments (Alzheimer’s/Dementia).Administer and manage medications accurately as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT). Monitor vital signs and maintain precise medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere that enhances the quality of life for every resident.

Required Qualifications:

- Active CMT Certification: Valid state licensing is required.

- Safety Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

- DDA Training: Must have current DDA certifications.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.

- Compassion: A genuine heart for patient care and excellent communication skills.

- Preferred Skills: MTTP/MADT: Preference given to candidates with MADT.

Experience:

- Prior work in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care.

-Specialized Care:

Experience supporting individuals with memory impairments or developmental disabilities.
