Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will direct all operations of their restaurant. This includes all facets of restaurant operations, FOH and BOH, in addition to managing P&L cost centers. The Restaurant General Manager is the face of the restaurant in the local community and is a key position to our guest's overall satisfaction. The Restaurant General Manager in this position will ensure that the restaurant is optimally staffed and that employees are fully trained in all aspects of their job, all while working with the other members of the management team to respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn any dissatisfied guests into return guests.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant experience of at least 3 years

A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others

The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results

The Restaurant General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
