We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Machine Operators in Tell City, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into manufacturing—no prior experience required. We’re looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and an interest in machining and quality work.What You’ll Do
Operate machinery to produce high-quality parts
Measure parts using calipers to ensure proper tolerances
Understand and work within specified machining tolerances
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and proceduresWhat We’re Looking For
Ability to understand and work with tight tolerances
Experience using or willingness to learn calipers and measuring tools
Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals, etc.)
High attention to detail and quality
Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $44000.00/yr.

Responsibilities: Safely run and oversee manufacturing equipment to meet daily output goals Perform work in accordance with documented processes, operational guidelines, and safety standards Complete routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance activities to support reliability and uptime Verify product quality by measuring components with precision tools and confirming they meet specifications Recognize equipment, quality, or safety concerns and escalate issues as needed Document production activity and share operational updates with leadership throughout the shiftWorkplace Type
