Material Handler

Job Description Material Handler Location: Hobart, WI We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to support our manufacturing and shipping operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently and as part of a team, and playing an important role in keeping production moving efficiently.

Employees in this position will have the opportunity to cross-train in inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement throughout the facility.What You’ll DoSafely load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the EMT International facilityDeliver raw materials, components, and supplies to production areas in a timely mannerSupport shipping and receiving operations, including unloading incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipmentsVerify incoming and outgoing materials against packing slips, bills of lading, and work orders for accuracyPackage, label, and prepare materials and finished goods for shipmentPick and issue parts and components for both internal and external ordersMaintain and monitor inventory levels and suppliesAssist with cycle counts and inventory tracking to ensure accuracyIdentify and communicate material shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to leadershipOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlySupport continuous improvement and overall department goals through teamwork and flexibilityWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling in a manufacturing environment preferredForklift or overhead crane experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically active environmentAbility to lift and move materials throughout the workdayPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support multiple departmentsApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipWhy Join EMT International?Stable and growing manufacturing company with a global customer baseCross-training opportunities and skill developmentTeam-oriented culture with supportive leadershipClean and organized work environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations and production success If you are looking for a hands-on role where your work matters and every day brings variety, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with EMT International.
