About the role

Grow Mead Johnson’s in the assigned territory by implementing the agreed tactics and strategies, and optimally utilizing the resources allocated to the territory. Track, evaluate and develop action plans to ensure business performance and goals are achieved/exceeded. Manage and regularly obtain updated data on customers and market. Build strong relationships with customers in order to build business sustainability.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

Grow Mead Johnson’s business in area (Placement: Surabaya):

Grow Mead Johnson’s business in his/her territory and achieve/exceed the agreed business results and demand generation targets.

Identify business potential in his/her territory and develop specific plan to gain market share.

Frequently and consistently track, evaluate and take appropriate actions to drive business performance.

Compile and regularly obtain updated customer and market data dynamic data.

Creating & executing quarterly and monthly call plan visit to costumers as per target.

Enhance the scientific image of MJN and build brand equity by conducting HCP educational meetings and its budget, objective, type and period.

Working closely with SFE team to update regularly customers profiling data.

Ensuring product availability in respective medical channel Hospital, Pharmacy and Clinic.

Build strong relationships with our customers:

Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships, especially with key opinion leaders and key decision makers in hospital and institution to strengthen Mead Johnson’s competitive position and performance.

Adherence to compliance and code of business conduct:

Ensuring understanding of, and operates in compliance with MJN code of business conduct.

Establish self-development plan and enhance individual performance through self-learning sales training (class) and asking regular feedback and coaching.

The experience we're looking for

Successful experience at a senior rep or district manager level at Nutritional or Pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in handling Paediatric products more preferable.

Experience in successfully negotiating contracts.

Demonstrated ability of working with teams in a complex changing environment to deliver value-added results to the organization.

Demonstrated ability to reach superior own objectives i.e. growing sales or market shares by using superior selling skills.
