Your Mission

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become the trusted point of contact for customers using cutting-edge electric automotive solutions. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional support while ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and customer-focused.

You will:

Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts

Assist customers with technical and service-related inquiries

Investigate issues and provide effective solutions within agreed SLA timelines

Accurately log all interactions in internal systems

Maintain strong product and service knowledge related to electric vehicles and automotive technology

Collaborate with colleagues and support other teams when needed

Deliver a premium customer experience with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

We are searching for motivated, solution-oriented professionals who thrive in customer-facing environments and are excited about innovation in the automotive industry.

Requirements:

Fluent or bilingual level of Danish

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Support, or Contact Center environments

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with Windows, MS Office, internet tools, and customer platforms

Ability to take ownership of customer cases and follow through to resolution

Interest or experience in the automotive industry

Experience with electric vehicles or ownership of an EV is highly valued

Permanent full-time contract (39h/week)

Monday to Friday schedule

Rotating shifts between 08:00–18:00

Competitive salary: €21,700 gross/year

Performance bonus up to €2,000 gross/year
