Job Description

Location: 2210 Chapman Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421

Compensation: $30+ per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

Operate the 12k HP Indigo digital press with precision and efficiency

Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal press performance

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime

Manage color calibration for consistent, accurate color output

Conduct quality control checks to maintain production standards

Monitor workflow processes to optimize productivity

Handle inventory related to press operation and maintenance supplies

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital press operation

Technical certificate in printing technology or related field

HP Indigo Press Operator Certification

Expertise in HP Indigo 12k operation and color calibration

Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills

Knowledge of quality assurance and workflow management

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
