Compensation

Base salary + bonuses + uncapped commission

Year 1: $65K–$90K

Year 2: $100K - 200 K+

Year 3 Avg: $245K (average earnings for those who've been with ZSG for 3 or more years)

What You’ll Do

Train under top 1% recruiting leaders and executives

Prospect and build relationships with industry leaders

Sell ZSG’s executive search services via calls, email, and networking

Quickly develop into an Executive Recruiter (typically within 1–3 months)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales, recruiting, or business development

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word
