Location: Moline, IL

Hybrid: 2 days onsite 3 days remote

Type: Full Time

Non-negotiable requirements:

1) Needs hand on experience with Python, AWS, Apache Spark

2) 3 years Data Engineering work experience building Pipelines and ETL processes. Hands on Databricks experience

3) 5 or more years of hands-on experience in the AWS / JAVA J2EE in the design, development, testing and integration of high complex backend

4) Experience working with Big Data

Nice-to-have:

1) Proven work experiences in designing and implementing loosely coupled microservices

2) 2 or more years of experience in cloud development with platforms like AWS

3) 2 or more years of hands-on experience of full-stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architectures

4) 2 or more years of experience with CI/CD build processes and configuration

5) 4 or more years of proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment

6) 4 or more years of deep experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

7) 2 or more years of experience working with Test Driven Development and Unit Test Frameworks

8) Experience implementing high quality code to ensure that features meet business needs and is scalable

9) Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, conflict resolution and demonstrates

10) Proven experience as a work lead providing technical coaching and mentoring to others
