Packaging Associate Mid Shift

Packaging Associate: Cannon Falls, Minnesota

Our customer in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Packaging Associates to work full-time on Mid shift. As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, inspecting finished products, and supporting daily production goals in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:

Operate bagging, sealing, and labeling equipment to package natural fertilizer products accurately and efficiently.

Inspect packaging for quality and verify product weights.

Palletize finished goods and prepare products for shipment.

Record production data accurately.

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals.

Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with environmental standards.

Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift.

Must wear closed-toed shoes.

Must arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.

Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

PPE will be provided and must be used as required.

$20.00/hour.
