Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility for production needs)
Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000

We are a growing manufacturing company producing high quality consumer products. As we expand production, we’re looking for a skilled Process Technician who can keep our converting and packaging lines running efficiently, safely, and consistently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, problem solving, and supporting a fast paced production environment.
About the Role
The Process Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting wet wipe converting and packaging equipment. You will ensure machines run at optimal performance, maintain product quality, and support continuous improvement across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor wet wipe converting and packaging lines
Responsible for trial production of new products, new material, new equipment, feedback trial production record and summary.
Responsible for production SOP; solving process and quality problems on site
Responsible for process control parameter, and examine the execution to make sure production process is in right control
Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality, speed, and efficiency
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues during production
Ensure accurate dosing of lotions/liquids and proper saturation levels
Perform changeovers, size changes, and material adjustments
Conduct routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
Work closely with QA to ensure product meets specifications and GMP standards
Document production data, downtime, and process changes
Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Process Technician, Machine Operator, or similar role in manufacturing
Associates Degree Required
Experience with wet wipe converting, packaging equipment, or high speed production lines preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Understanding of GMP, quality standards, and hygiene manufacturing practices
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specs, and basic technical documents
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with frequent changeovers
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Experience with nonwoven materials, rewinding, folding, or cutting systems
Knowledge of liquid dosing systems and pump calibration
Familiarity with lockout/tagout and basic maintenance procedures
Experience with ERP or production reporting systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
Ability to bend, reach, and move around production equipment
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and temperature variations
