What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
Customer Development & Engagement
Develop top key customers through national and customized activities.
Maintain regular customer engagement to strengthen business relationships.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align store-level execution with broader company goals.
Store Operations & Execution
Ensure perfect basics: stock availability, replenishment, visibility, and merchandising across all branches.
Lead field execution teams to deliver efficient store operations and competitive growth.
Guarantee point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed KPIs.
Category Growth & Promotions
Plan and execute category-growing initiatives (both online and offline).
Implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities at store level.
Drive on-shelf availability and “perfect store” targets to maximize sales.
New Store Openings
Ensure successful new store launches by making Unilever brands stand out.
Coordinate merchandising and visibility to establish strong brand presence from day one.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and merchandising teams to optimize results.
Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Mid-career with FMCG experience (1-2 years but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Excel, Power BI and PPT
Works well with teams and shareholders
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willing to travel locally for work (Trade checks)
