Strategic Visibility & Organizational Impact: Serve in a high-impact planning role with executive visibility, influencing leadership decisions through market intelligence, forecasting, and cost modeling while partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to drive value engineering and manufacturability improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own and drive the master production schedule to meet customer commitments

Balance demand, capacity, and materials to create realistic, executable plans

Adjust schedules as conditions change to maintain on-time delivery

Ensure ERP data accurately reflects production activity

Maintain BOMs, routers, and key planning parameters

Resolve data issues that impact scheduling and execution

Align labor, equipment, and materials with production demand

Identify constraints early and drive solutions

Provide visibility into risks and bottlenecks

Improve planning processes to increase throughput and reduce lead times

Track performance against key delivery metrics

Coordinate across production, supply chain, and leadership to ensure execution
