South Arlington Animal Clinic is actively seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our established small animal general practice in Arlington, Texas. About the Role

As our practice continues to grow, we're seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about small animal medicine, client communication, and team collaboration. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who values personalized care, enjoys building client relationships, and is eager to contribute to a positive clinic culture.

Ideal Candidate

DVM/VMD from an accredited program

Licensed (or eligible) in Texas with ability to obtain a DEA license

Experienced veterinarians preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided

Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and client service abilities

Passion for team development, teaching, and continuous learning

Interest in future leadership or Medical Director growth is a plus
