Job Summary Swift is seeking a talented and versatile Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust applications. This role involves working across both front-end and back-end technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement new user-facing features using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.

Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends including usage of AI tools like Windsurf, Microsoft Copilot.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

0-2 years experience in at least one back-end Object Oriented Programming Languages such as C++/JAVA/Python.

Strong understanding and hands on Development Experience in Frameworks and Build tools like Springboot, Maven, CMake.

Hands on Experience with relational databases (e.g., ORACLE, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GRPC and microservices architecture and Containerizations using podman, docker.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).

Quick and Enthusiastic Learner with intent of adopting latest AI tools and technologies and think innovatively.

The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $ 66,960.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $ 124,354.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
