Description:
Drivers 1st is hiring CDL A Lease Purchase drivers for a specialized flatbed opportunity running across 48 states with most freight east of I-35. This position offers non-forced dispatch, specialized freight, and a pathway into heavy haul and oversized loads after just 3 months. Drivers haul primarily agriculture and construction equipment with excellent earning potential and low fixed costs. Home time every 14 to 21 days.

70%–72% percentage pay + FSC
Average take-home pay: $1,500–$2,700 weekly
Average annual pay: $78,000–$140,400
$350 minimum pay per load
$3,000 sign-on bonus
$4,000 completion bonus at end of lease

Valid CDL A License
Minimum 12 months continuous OTR experience within the last 5 years
Maximum of 2 carriers in the past 12 months
TWIC card required or willing to obtain during orientation
Must have driven in at least 10 states
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
No major moving violations in the last 2 years
