**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling and support to individuals dealing with substance abuse issues. The CADC will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual or group therapy sessions.

**Qualifications:**

- Certification as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) required

- Strong understanding of substance abuse disorders and treatment options

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients

- Familiarity with relevant laws and ethical standards in counseling

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment goals

- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients

- Provide counseling and support to clients in individual or group settings

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports

- Stay informed about new developments in the field of addiction counseling
