Position Overview

The Warehouse Clerk plays a critical role in supporting Bunker Hill Minings operations by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials, tools, and supplies required for mining and production activities. This full-time, nonexempt position supports multiple departments through order fulfillment, receiving, inventory control, and distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Pick, receive, stage, and deliver materials and supplies to multiple departments across the site.

Accurately receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments, verifying quantities and material condition.

Conduct routine and cycle count inventories; research and resolve discrepancies.

Enter and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and issuing records in the company's ERP system.

Coordinate loading and unloading activities while following all safety procedures.

Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with site policies and training.

Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas to support efficient material flow.

Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve workflows and warehouse efficiency.

Comply with all Bunker Hill Mining safety standards, MSHA requirements, and company policies. Experience Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an industrial or mining environment.

Demonstrated experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and material handling.

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use ERP or inventory management systems.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.

Forklift certification or demonstrated proficiency preferred.

Knowledge of MSHA or OSHA safety requirements is a plus. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.

Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Ability to work in an industrial mining environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.

Ability to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.About Us
