Schedule/Hours:

Four 10-hour shifts weekly, Tuesday through Friday

Weekly orientation on Mondays

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license

Recent experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care settings, ideally within a high-acuity hospital

Required certifications completed prior to start (BLS, ACLS, and any others pertinent to the role)

Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments

Must reside 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel status

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert nursing care for Stepdown unit patients, closely monitoring and responding to changes in condition

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support best patient outcomes

Adhere to hospital protocols and evidence-based practice standards

Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately

Contribute to a positive culture of safety and continuous improvement
