A Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM

B Shift Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:00AM

C Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM

D Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00PM-6:00AM

Note: Most training will take place on A Shift for up to 90-days

Essential Duties: The following are tasks performed by this position; other duties may be assigned.

Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce the required number of parts according to process documentation. This can include operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.

Correctly setup jobs in assigned equipment in a timely manner.

Perform 1st piece, in-process and last piece inspection using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges and CMM equipment according to process documentation.

Perform data collection and communication tasks in JobBOSS and other applications.

Perform operator maintenance.

Diagnose and correct equipment or tool issues.

Perform de-burr or rework of work in-process.

Make recommendations to optimize and improve assigned processes.

Maintain workstation to 5S standards.

Perform all work according to PAC safety standards.

Comply with all PAC policy and procedures.

Physical Conditions:

Vision to AS 9100 standards.

Lift, push and/or pull 50 pounds.

Stand at least 95% of the scheduled shift.

Routinely perform reaching, twisting, bending and grasping in order to move and set tools, equipment and material.

Suggested Qualifications:

2+ years of successful essential duty related experience, including operation of CNC controlled relevant equipment.

Firm understanding of machining center theory, including x, y and z axis, along with edge and centerline pickup.

Ability to use common measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges (pin, thread, indicator, height), optical comparators and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

Significant collaboration and communication skills related to continuous improvement and customer

Blueprint reading skills to GD&T standards

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic Windows and MS Office skills.

Ability to perform basic math functions.
