**Job Summary:**

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital and print designs that support OnPoint Construction’s marketing, branding, and communication efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and capable of producing professional designs that align with the company’s vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, business cards, banners, and presentations.

* Create engaging social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional content.

* Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all platforms.

* Collaborate with management to develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.

* Edit and enhance photos, videos, and digital assets as needed.

* Prepare print-ready and web-ready files for production and publishing.

* Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and delivered on time.

* Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools).

* Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

* Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working with construction, real estate, or home service brands.

* Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

* Familiarity with website graphics and basic web design principles.
