* Assist with organizing construction documents, contracts, permits, and reports.

* Generate reports and spreadsheets for management and project tracking.

* Communicate with team members to verify and update information.

* Support administrative tasks and other office duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.

* Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
