We are looking for polished, high-level bartenders who bring confidence, personality, and exceptional hospitality to every guest interaction.
You don't need to be a racing expert-but you do need to bring the energy.
What You'll Do
Deliver an elevated, engaging bar experience in a fast-paced environment
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and efficiency
Interact with guests in a confident, upbeat, and personable manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually sharp bar
Support overall guest experience alongside the race floor team
Keep energy high during peak hours and events What We're Looking For
Well-polished, professional appearance and presentation
Strong hospitality mindset with a guest-first approach
Outgoing, engaging personality with natural confidence
Bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
