Required experience:

3+ years' experience in a Director or Executive level role

10+ years' experience as an Estimator in Mechanical Construction

Must have experience with computerized software such as QuickBooks, Bluebeam (Revu)

Ability to Read and Interpret Construction Drawings and Contract Documents

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Qualifications:

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Bachelors Degree Highly Preferred, or equivalent work Experience

Must be authorized to work in US and able to Pass Criminal Background Check

Must pass drug test and must have clean criminal record to permit clearance to Military and Government Facilities Benefits:
