The Role: Prep Cook

This position focuses on food prep, kitchen cleanliness, and smooth operations. If you thrive behind the scenes and know that a great meal starts with the details, we want you in our crew.

What You'll Do

Keep kitchen areas, walk-ins, and storage clean and organized

Follow food safety standards for prep, labeling, storage, and sanitation

Handle chemicals, tools, and equipment with care and precision

Receive and stock deliveries properly

Maintain and operate dish machines and assist in dishwashing areas

Support Line Cooks and other team members during service

Ensure a safe and organized work environment that complies with health regulations What You Bring

18+ and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Experience in a prep or kitchen role is a plus

Excellent teamwork, time management, and attention to detail

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
