Job Summary:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Developer to support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) across multiple business units. This role will focus on integrating externally facing websites into D365 Marketing to enable end-to-end lead lifecycle visibility - from first website interaction through opportunity creation and closed sales.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical developer with hands-on Dynamics 365 cloud experience who can deliver immediate business value while helping position the organization for long-term scalability in a complex, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations between multiple external websites and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing / CIJ
Develop Java-based header wrappers to redirect and ingest data from legacy website solutions into D365
Work with various data formats and determine what can be consumed using out?of?the?box Dynamics capabilities
Leverage D365 plugins, Dataverse, and routing logic to support lead capture and lifecycle management
Utilize OData APIs for external connectivity to Dynamics 365
Support marketing use cases including customer journeys, segmentation, email campaigns, and behavioral tracking
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet immediate needs without limiting future enterprise scalability
Participate in an agile delivery environment and contribute to solution design discussions beyond task execution
Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and marketing stakeholders Required Qualifications
Hands?on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud)
Strong technical understanding of D365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys
Experience with Dataverse, plugins, and integration patterns
Java backend development experience, including building integration wrappers or middleware
Experience integrating external web properties with Dynamics 365
Familiarity with OData APIs (preferably Dynamics out?of?the?box APIs)
Ability to assess technical approaches and provide informed recommendations - not just execute a task list Nice-to-Have Qualifications
