Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.

Manage the end-to-end delivery process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Utilize strong Java MicroServices Development and Spring Boot knowledge to guide technical teams in implementing solutions.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
