What You Will Do

Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript to enhance developer platforms and internal tools.

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes, ensuring high reliability and scalability.

Develop observability frameworks to monitor system performance through metrics, logs, and tracing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of internal tools and improve developer workflows.

Lead initiatives to enhance system reliability and operability, implementing best practices for deployment strategies like canary and blue-green releases.

Ideal Candidate Background

8+ years of engineering experience with a strong coding background in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.

Proven experience in building developer platforms, internal tooling, and optimizing CI/CD processes.

Demonstrated ability to improve developer workflows and quantify measurable impacts on build and deployment speeds.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred

Experience in technical leadership roles, influencing platform direction and collaborating across multiple engineering teams.

Familiarity with release engineering practices and strategies to enhance system scalability and reliability.

Compensation and Benefits
