Oversees hotel operations, including RevPAR Optimization, OTA insights, SEO Optimization, Reputation Management, Property Improvement projects, Guest satisfaction, Branding, Franchise Relations, Cyber Security, and IT needs.
Oversee daily operations, collaborate with the General Manager, and maintain standards. Responsible for daily room and food service operations, inventory and laundry management, housekeeping, guest relations, and payroll. Ensure equipment maintenance and adherence to brand standards.
Lead property improvement and brand conversion projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, budget-friendly delivery. Plan, allocate resources, and oversee cost-effective project completion.
Ensure cost-effective procurement processes, including contract negotiation and vendor management. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements.
Monitor hotel finances, conduct regular reviews, optimize revenue control costs, and ensure accurate reporting with finance teams.
Conduct regular reviews of tax documentation and filings to minimize any potential risks or liabilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finances, Commerce, Accounting or Business Administration or foreign equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Quickbooks.
Willingness to obtain the following Certifications within 6 months of starting: Pool Operator Certification; Food Service Operation Certification; CHA Certification; Visual Matrix Training.
Willing to be on-call 24/7, able to fill any shifts and assist in any department.
Must live within a few minutes drive of the hotel location or be willing to relocate.
