Installation Technician

We are seeking a Cable/Fiber Installation Technician to join our team supporting projects across New Hampshire and Vermont.

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

FTTH (Fiber to the Home), and broadband service installations in residential environments

Install and route fiber drop cables, including aerial and underground applications

Conduct fiber testing, signal verification, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

Complete service calls, trouble tickets, and repair work for fiber internet services

Follow telecom industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control guidelines

Accurately complete and close out work orders, job documentation, and reporting systems

Compensation:

Performance-based pay (per completed job)

Estimated earnings: $1,800 – $2,200 per week

Requirements:

Previous telecom or cable (coax) experience

Fiber experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Your own White VAN, minivan, pickup truck or full-size SUV.

Ability to carry heavy objects (such as a 28 ft ladder).

Active driver’s license.

Valid Social Security Number.

iPhone/iPad for using the app to receive orders.

Conversational English (other languages are welcome but not required).

Ability to pass a drug test.

Ability to pass a background check.
