Fiber Technician - No exp

We are looking for a motivated Fiber Technician to join our team and support the projects across New Hampshire and Vermont.

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

*Perform fiber optic installation, FTTH (Fiber to the Home), and Coaxial service installations in residential environments

*Install and route fiber drop cables, including aerial and underground applications

*Mount, splice (if applicable), and configure ONT (Optical Network Terminal), routers, and Wi-Fi equipment

*Conduct fiber testing, signal verification, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

*Complete service calls, trouble tickets, and repair work for fiber internet services

*Follow telecom industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control guidelines

*Use hand tools and specialized equipment for fiber installation and cable routing

Compensation:

*Commission-based (per completed job)

*Estimated earnings: $1,800 – $2,200 per week

Requirements:

*Previous telecom or cable (coax) experience

*Fiber experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

*Your own White VAN, minivan, full-size SUV or pickup truck.

*Ability to carry heavy objects (such as a 28 ft ladder).

*Active driver’s license.

*Valid Social Security Number.

*iPhone/iPad for using the app to receive orders.

*Conversational English (other languages are welcome but not required).

*Ability to pass a drug test.

*Ability to pass a background check.
