Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager (Non-Technical) located in the Mohali district. In this role, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project timelines, ensuring successful delivery from inception to execution. Responsibilities include managing logistics, expediting processes, performing inspections, tracking project activities, and ensuring project milestones are met. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to bring real estate projects to completion while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Project Management and experience in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles

Knowledge and hands-on experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks

Familiarity with Inspection protocols and processes to ensure quality and compliance

Proficiency in Logistics Management, including tracking and coordinating project resources effectively

Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients

Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and ensure timely delivery

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an added advantage
