What You'll Own
End-to-end HR operations across the organization
Policy implementation, SOPs, and compliance framework
Performance management — appraisals, PIPs, and closures
Attendance, payroll, and HRMS management
Quality hiring and full-cycle recruitment
Employee engagement, grievance resolution, and discipline
Strategic HR planning in collaboration with leadership
Building and leading the HR team
Who We're Looking For
4–7 years of hands-on HR experience
Strong in PIP management, policy enforcement & SOP creation
Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Experience with HRMS/payroll tools
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) BBA/BA minimum

Compensation
35,000 – 50,000 per month Based on experience and interview.
