What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager and help lead a team that delivers awesome service and the freshest pretzels around. You’ll be a hands-on leader, a motivator, and a key part of keeping the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate crew members

Help with scheduling and daily shift operations

Create a fun, positive work vibe for both team and guests

Handle register operations, cash handling, and deposits

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering

Act as Manager-on-Duty when needed

Represent the Wetzel’s brand with energy, friendliness, and quality

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (preferred, but not required for quick learners!)

Leadership, shift supervisor, or team lead experience is a plus

Fast learner with a go-getter attitude

Strong communicator who works well with people

Ready to work in a fun, fast-paced environment

Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented

Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Authorized to work in the U.S. (background check required)
