RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE B2B COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:

The B2B Collections Specialist will manage a portfolio of business accounts and follow up on aging balances through calls and emails

The B2B Collections Specialist will investigate short pays, account discrepancies, and billing issues to determine resolution

Work cross-functionally with internal departments and customers to resolve outstanding account concerns

Maintain detailed account documentation and provide updates regarding collection activity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE B2B COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

2+ years of B2B collections experience required

Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Intermediate Excel skills required

Salary is $50-$60k, DOE
