Production Associate

Description:

Production Associates are responsible for supporting and maintaining daily production requirements in their assigned department.

Duties:

Perform set-up and finishing work including construction of packaging materials, disposal of scrap, and product labeling.

Monitor parts counts in each box or container to ensure accuracy.

Operate equipment with little or no assistance after receiving proper training.

Maintain a rapid pace in packing extruded parts into boxes or crates.

Assist with quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

Work in a safe manner, report safety risks, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

Able to understand written and verbal instructions effectively.

Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Strong team player with good communication skills.

Basic general math skills for counting and measuring.

Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
