RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as contracts, deed of sale, complaints, appeals, motions, and different kinds of agreements

• Mail, Fax or Arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witness, and other person involve

• Schedule and makes appointments

• Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter

• Organize and maintain documents and case files

• Attend legal meetings, such as clients interviews, hearings, or depositions, and take notes

• Review legal publications and perform researchers to identify laws and court decisions relevant to pending cases

• Complete various forms, such as accident reports, trial and courtroom requests, and applications for clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Political Science, Legal Management, and Business Administration

• At least (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Female not more than (30) thirty years old

• Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or with background in Law/Legal Services is Equivalent

• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
