This Indiana Hospital seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join this hospital practice team of 17+ cardiologists, 2 of which are Advanced Heart Failure Certified. They are looking for a Cardiologist that has training in heart transplant, LVAD including minimal invasive ability. The group provides service to inpatient, clinic and 2 outreach locations (once per month) with nurse practitioner support. The current call expectation is 1:3.

This Indiana Hospital is a 395+bed tertiary care facility that opened in the early 1900’s.
