About the Role

Our client is hiring a high-energy, field-based Customer Engagement Specialist (formerly Territory Manager) to drive outbound sales activity and generate qualified opportunities within the aesthetics industry.

This is a hunter-style, outbound B2B sales role focused on cold outreach, in-person prospecting, and lead qualification. You will not close deals. Instead, you will uncover opportunities and hand them off to senior sales consultants.

Our Ideal Candidates

2-3 years of B2B outbound or quota-carrying sales experience

Strong hunter mindset with proven prospecting ability

Background in field sales or tangible product sales strongly preferred

Experience from ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Cintas, Xerox, or similar high-activity sales organizations is a strong plus

Comfortable with cold calling, rejection, and high daily activity

Strong communication skills and in-person presence

Stable employment history (non-job-hoppers preferred)

Requirements

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new and existing prospects

Re-engage customers to identify upgrade, expansion, or replacement opportunities

Quickly qualify leads based on budget, timing, decision-maker access, and intent

Accurately document activity and insights in CRM (Salesforce or similar)

Deliver well-qualified, actionable opportunities to the sales team

Maintain consistent outreach activity and follow-up discipline
