Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical Focus)

Location: Stafford, VA

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000/yr

Schedule: Full-time

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical Focus) to support New Product Introduction and manufacturing operations for electronic and electro-mechanical systems. This role plays a critical part in bridging electrical design and production while supporting scalable manufacturing and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support New Product Introduction and production ramp-up activities

Develop manufacturing and electrical test processes

Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOMs

Design and implement functional test systems and fixtures

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and supplier teams

Drive manufacturing process improvements and reliability initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

Strong understanding of NPI, DFM, and DFT principles

Experience with PCBA documentation and electrical test development

Familiarity with CAD, ECAD, ERP, and PLM systems

Experience supporting electro-mechanical systems manufacturing
