Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to support the assembly of industrial machinery and equipment within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in precision assembly, blueprint interpretation, and supporting large-scale machinery builds.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble large and small industrial machinery components

Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and GD&T symbols

Modify and adjust parts during assembly processes

Operate milling machines and lathes as needed

Safely move and position large machine components

Maintain organized and safe work environments

Qualifications & Requirements

2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly of industrial machinery

Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints required

Experience with precision assembly and machine fitments

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
