Salary: $80,000 – $100,000/yr

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance scheduling, preventative maintenance programs, and operational efficiency initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maximizing equipment uptime and improving maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities

Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs

Create and prioritize work orders aligned with production schedules

Coordinate inventory, parts sourcing, and material staging

Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability

Analyze equipment performance and maintenance efficiency

Support urgent maintenance scheduling adjustments as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience

Strong CMMS experience required

Experience building or improving preventative maintenance programs

Scheduling experience within a production environment

Experience with inventory and parts coordination

Strong organizational and analytical skills
