Senior Desktop Operations Engineer(Indonesia)

We are looking for Indonesian Senior Desktop Operations Engineer

Job Requirements

1. Be familiar with and proficient in the business operation processes and skills within the relevant professional field

2. Management positions must possess team management thinking, organizational skills, and document writing skills

3. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and dedication

4. PMP/ITIL or corresponding professional qualification certification preferred

5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or D3 and above (related to Computer/Information Technology)

6. Academic Record: Graduated with Honors, IPK: 3.0/4.0

7. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in computer/office/factory-related fields

8. Language: Native proficiency; proficiency in English/Chinese preferred

Job Responsibilities

1. Resolve IT hardware issues, plan computer maintenance schedules, verify service life, and scrap old equipment

2. Install operating systems and work software according to employee needs, and handle routine faults

3. Monitor network security systems, assist in configuring firewalls and IT security policies

4. Promote computer usage specifications

5. Handle internal network connection issues and manage shared network device access

6. Maintain Internet stability and coordinate with Internet service providers during outages
