Assignment Location
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree with 2 years or more of relevant experience, or full-time associate degree with 4 years or more of relevant experience (local equivalent D3/S1)
2. 4 years or more of experience in desktop/basic operation and maintenance project management
3. Have experience in managing teams of 5 or more people
4. Excellent professional capabilities related to desktop operations and maintenance (Help Desk management, quality control, PMO, technical research, etc.)
5. Good communication, organization, teamwork, and document writing skills
6. PMP/ITIL or other project management qualifications preferred
7. Language: Indonesian Local + English / Chinese
Job Responsibilities
1. On-site service for work and production park terminals
2. Operation and maintenance of software and hardware for terminal computers and peripherals, hardware maintenance and support
3. IT basic transaction assistance, proactive service and inspection, asset management, meeting support
4. Full-time interface person of the Business Unit, coordinating on-site IT-related matters
5. Team personnel, Performance Management, and personnel coordination in emergencies
6. Support for business trips on important matters
