Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or its equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year work experience in Human Resources Management, Recruitment and Hiring process, Test administration, interpretation and analysis.
Proficient in both oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS office
Understand on regulatory requirements for food processing, ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)
Uses effective written and oral communication in preparing documents, presentations and interactions
Good analytical thinking, ability to make simple causal links (A causes B), pro-and-con lists and analyses to reach a decision; and set priorities in order of importance
Adaptability to changes and adopt new policies, systems and processes in a timely fashion
Goal oriented, patient and honest
